Prime Vision Institute provides Japanese language training (JLPT/NAT exam tracks), professional career consultations, and access to curated digital learning materials.
No Hidden Fees: All course fees, lifetime access charges, or batch structures are clearly communicated upfront. There are no hidden agent fees or surprise charges later in your cycle.
Payment Completion: Access to physical classrooms, or the self-paced LMS is granted only upon the completion of the agreed-upon registration or milestone payments.
Account Integrity: Your LMS login credentials, including access to our core digital textbook library and the 24/7 AI Tutor Support, are strictly individual. Sharing your account with non-enrolled individuals will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
Batch Discipline: For both physical classrooms at our Mirpur campus and Live Zoom batches, students are expected to maintain professional decorum and adhere to class timings.
All original content, vocabulary sheets, proprietary lesson plans, mock test designs, and website media are the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Vision Institute. Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or commercial sale of our materials is strictly prohibited.
Prime Vision Institute reserves the right to modify batch timings, alter curriculum flow for optimization, or merge batches if student attendance drops below a certain threshold. Any such operational changes will be communicated to the affected students well in advance.
We make every effort to test and verify all resources, recommended third-party links, and software updates against high student outcomes. However, Prime Vision Institute shall not be liable for any temporary technical glitches on the user’s end, personal device incompatibility, or changes in official JLPT/NAT exam fees and regulations mandated by the governing bodies in Bangladesh.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
